Twelve Pines Management is owned and operated by Wes Odom through Odom Rental Properties, LLC. You will not be routed through a call centre or handed between departments.
Rental homes are listed and applied for through our tenant portal, which also handles rent payments and maintenance requests once you are in. Applications are screened on credit, income and rental history. What we have available changes as homes turn over; the For Lease page always reflects what is actually open right now.
When we sell a home, we carry the note ourselves. That means no bank approval, no private mortgage insurance regardless of down payment, a fixed rate that never changes, and no prepayment penalty if you refinance or pay it off early. We look at your whole picture rather than a single credit score.
Loans are serviced professionally by Provident Loan Servicing, so your payments, escrow and year-end statements are handled the same way a bank would handle them. Every listed home shows its full payment breakdown — principal and interest, tax escrow and the servicing fee — before you ever pick up the phone.
Odom Rental Properties, LLC is not a licensed mortgage lender, and nothing on this site is a loan commitment or an offer to lend. Terms are set per property and are subject to review and approval.
Our core area is Sabine ISD, which straddles Kilgore and Gladewater and takes in Liberty City. We also manage and sell in Longview and nearby East Texas towns. If you are trying to land inside a particular school zone, say so when you call — we will tell you honestly whether we have anything that fits rather than sending you to look at something that does not.
